Head of Rewards

Head of Reward South West London | £75,000–£85,000 | Full-time office based JGA are partnering with a large, multi-site organisation to recruit a Head of Reward to lead its reward strategy across compensation, benefits, incentives and governance. This is a broad, hands-on role with plenty of senior exposure. You'll own the annual reward cycle while helping shape how the business approaches pay, commission, benefits and longer-term reward strategy. The role:

• Lead the overall reward, compensation and benefits strategy
• Own salary reviews, bonus planning and the annual reward cycle
• Manage complex bonus and commission structures
• Develop salary frameworks, job banding and benchmarking
• Oversee employee share schemes
• Lead the benefits strategy, including insured benefits and benefit providers
• Manage pension schemes and auto-enrolment compliance
• Support reward activity through acquisitions and business change
• Ensure compliance with NMW and wider UK reward legislation
• Lead gender pay gap reporting and support RemCo activity
• Provide reward analytics and market insight to senior leadership
• Lead on pay transparency and reward communications What we're looking for:
• Strong Reward / Compensation & Benefits experience
• Experience within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
• Excellent knowledge of UK reward legislation
• Strong experience with bonus and commission structures
• Experience managing benefits, pensions and ideally share schemes
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
