Principal Rams and System Assurance Manager

• Lead RAMS and system-assurance delivery across mainline and light-rail projects, products and services through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain safety cases, RAMS management plans, analyses and assurance approvals that meet legislation, standards and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop RAMS and assurance professionals and contribute to recruitment, succession and functional capability planning.
• Define RAMS strategies, resources and delivery plans for bids and represent Hitachi Rail with customers, partners and regulatory stakeholders. Why This Role Matters

• Preferred: Experience with UK mainline signalling, control, communications or information systems is desirable, as is interoperable railway project delivery.
