Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood, Essex have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Practitioner. Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities. Duties And Responsibilities You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including:

• Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
• Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
• Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
• Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT
• Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture What We're Looking For
• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
• Experience working in theatre in an orthopaedic setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, patient-focused approach
