In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite a professional candidate for this position in Hong Kong. We are seeking a Fintech Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the technical product roadmap to ensure engineering efforts align with business objectives across both AI and Web3 workstream
• Support various stages of the product lifecycle, including concept development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
• Help assess emerging AI technologies and suggest enhancements to improve product features and market position.
• Translate AI innovations into practical, user-friendly features with a focus on real-world applications.
• Assist in creating workflows and integrations that support seamless partner collaboration and product implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs.
• Identify user challenges and explore market opportunities where AI solutions can provide meaningful business value. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to cross-border payment products or fintech.
• Understanding of AI product trends with a desire to learn and evaluate their application within fintech.
• Familiarity or strong interest in Web3 technologies, API integrations, automation tools, data analytics, and AI technologies.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination among technical and business teams.
