With a beautifully designed 46-cover restaurant and champagne bar, this role requires a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service standards, developing high-performing teams, and maximising profitability. The Role As Food & Beverage Manager, You Will Have Full Responsibility For The Day-to-day Operation And Commercial Success Of The Venue, Including

• Full ownership of the venue's Profit & Loss account
• Driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
• Leading, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards
• Managing labour costs, stock control, and operational efficiencies
• Developing sales initiatives and promotional activity
• Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and brand partners About You We are looking for a hospitality leader who can combine operational excellence with strong commercial acumen. Essential Experience
• Proven experience managing a premium restaurant, bar, or hospitality operation
• Strong P&L management experience
• Demonstrable success in driving sales and profitability
• Experience leading and developing hospitality teams
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and premium service delivery
• Commercially focused with a hands-on leadership style
