You'll be the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and strong relationships are key to success. What You'll Do

• 🤝 Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
• 📢 Keep residents informed about works, timelines, and access needs
• 🏠 Coordinate access to properties

• 📝 Log and manage complaints effectively
• 📬 Share updates via meetings, newsletters, and drop-in sessions

• Experience in a customer-facing role (housing/construction desirable)
