• Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
• Providing genuine companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation
• Supporting clients with medication and daily routines
• Helping clients maintain their mobility and independence
• Building trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records in line with RQIA and GDPR guidelines What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience to thrive here — what matters most is your heart. We're looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely caring, patient, and empathetic
• Has great communication and listening skills
• Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
• Has the right to work in the UK and is aged 18 or over
