Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Loxley Partners have been instructed by a leading global investment bank seeking to appoint an Analyst to its Technology M&A team in London. We would be interested in speaking with M&A Analysts at all levels who have trained at a top-tier investment bank or leading independent advisory boutique and have good sell-side deal experience. Candidates must possess strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution experience, alongside an excellent academic record. Previous software M&A experience would be advantageous, although applications are also welcomed from high-quality analysts with generalist or other sector backgrounds who can demonstrate a genuine interest in technology. The role offers excellent exposure to high-profile transactions within an established and growing team.
