Customer Service Representative Manchester (M60 0AG) Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Office-based for the first 3 months, with hybrid working available thereafter We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and customer-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working within an FCA-regulated environment who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this inbound customer service role, you will be responsible for handling a range of customer enquiries, ensuring a professional, compliant, and empathetic service at all times. Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Assisting customers with funeral plan-related enquiries
• Processing change of address requests
• Taking customer payments securely and accurately
• Resolving general customer queries
