Stock Lead - Lakeside Shopping Centre, Hollister

The Stock Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization and sales floor replenishment. The Stock Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through effective and efficient merchandise processes. What You'll Do Stockroom Operations Oversees stockroom organization, shipment processing, and inventory replenishment. Manages all scanning tasks, recalls, transfers, and area cleanliness. Store Presentation & Sales Floor Maintains visual merchandising standards by auditing displays, steaming apparel, and ensuring correct sizing. Actively drives sales through customer engagement and by monitoring service lines. Omni-Channel Monitors and processes digital orders quickly and accurately. Assists customers with in-store order pickups efficiently and with urgency. People Management & Communication Coaches, trains, and assigns work to associates while building strong team relationships. Keeps management updated on business flow and uses feedback to improve performance. Policies & Compliance Follows and enforces all company handbook policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards. Collaborates with the team to achieve daily operational goals. What It Takes Work Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Required availability on nights and weekends.
• In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
