The Opportunity Finatal is a leading specialist recruitment firm focused on placing C-suite executives (CFOs/CTOs) into high-growth, PE-backed businesses. Opportunity to work closely with mid-large cap Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies across multiple European markets. You'll be responsible for:
• Driving business development through calls, emails, and meetings
• Building and managing your own network across European markets
• Sourcing and engaging c-suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing to placement
• Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates
• Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
• Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand What We're Looking For We're interested in individuals who are:
• We're looking for candidates who are business fluent or native speakers in either; French, German, Nordic languages, Spanish or Italian
