Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU01/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels through online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lessons, conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, and adapting teaching materials to meet learner needs and goals. The tutor will provide regular feedback on student performance, track progress, and maintain clear communication with learners and, when applicable, their guardians. Additional tasks include participating in training or coaching sessions, maintaining accurate records of classes, and using digital tools to create engaging, learner-centered activities.
