D365 CRM Senior Technical Architect
Gazelle GlobalWe're looking for a Senior D365 CRM Technical Architect to lead technical solutioning across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes in London. This is a 12-month contracting opportunity focused on architecture, design, transformation and migration, with travel to customer sites required. You'll work closely with business and technical teams, translating requirements into robust CRM solutions and providing technical direction through delivery. The role offers the opportunity to shape solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations and data migration. Key Skills:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM
- CRM configuration, customisation and workflows
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Azure services and .NET
- Web API, SSIS and SQL Server
- Technical architecture, design patterns and best practice
- Integrations and data migration
