To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. ​We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. ​This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. ​📋 Your Role & Responsibilities:

• ​When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
• ​Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Liverpool John Lennon Airport arrivals area when notified.
• ​Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
• ​Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• (Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role). ​💼 What We Offer ​High Flexibility: 
• A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available. ​Great Compensation: 
• €50 per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour). ​Full Expense Reimbursement: 
• Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered. ​ Performance Bonuses:
