Talent Hiring Experts is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing UK AI studio that creates tailored AI-powered experiences for brands and venues across the experiential, retail, hospitality and attractions sectors. The role As a Full-Stack Account Executive, you'll run the whole sales motion. That means finding your own opportunities, running discovery, shaping the solution and closing the deal. You'll then nurture and grow those accounts over time. You'll win new business across the UK and Europe, working on deals typically worth £50k to £200k+, against a £1.4M annual new-business quota. This role is as much about building as closing. It suits someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, creates structure where none exists yet, and feeds what they learn from customers back into how the company sells and what it builds. What you'll do

  • Self-source 50% of your pipeline through outbound, referrals, events and your network. This is not an inbound-fed seat.
  • Run deep, consultative discovery with senior and C-level stakeholders, and turn AI-powered experiences into clear business outcomes.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches and tender responses, then lead negotiation and close.
  • Manage commercial risk so that projects are scoped accurately and delivered profitably.
  • Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage and keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Grow your accounts through add-on and repeat business.
  • Present regular business reviews to the Head of Sales and the operating board.
  • Be the voice of the customer, helping to shape messaging, pricing, pitch materials and the go-to-market strategy as the function scales. What we're looking for
  • A track record of full-cycle B2B selling, sourcing your own pipeline and closing mid-to-high value deals, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
  • Strong consultative, solution-selling skills and confidence selling to senior stakeholders.
  • Evidence of hitting or exceeding quota without relying on heavy inbound or marketing support.
  • A builder's mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create cadences, messaging and process from scratch.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with disciplined forecasting habits.
  • Resilience, self-motivation and a positive, can-do approach. Nice to have
  • Experience selling experiential, creative, martech or AI-powered solutions.
  • Knowledge of the experiential, retail, hospitality or attractions sectors.
  • Experience selling across the UK and Europe, or running large multidisciplinary projects. Why apply?
  • A founding commercial seat with real influence over strategy, process and the future sales team.
  • An innovative, fast-moving business at the forefront of AI-powered experiences.
  • Uncapped earning potential.
