Profile

• • Extensive experience in apparel sourcing, manufacturing or production leadership.
• • Proven success leading sourcing and production teams in Bangladesh.
• • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, costing and margin management.
• • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• • Track record of improving operational performance and delivery.
• • Experience managing global supplier and factory networks.
• • Strong leadership skills with experience developing international teams.
• • Credible stakeholder manager able to influence customers and suppliers.
• • Experience leading change, restructuring teams and improving processes.
• • Hands-on, results-driven and customer-focused.
• • Willing and able to travel extensively, including significant time in Bangladesh.

Desired Skills and Experience 15+ years' experience in apparel sourcing, manufacturing or production leadership. Extensive experience working with factories in Bangladesh and knitted apparel. Proven leadership of international teams across sourcing, merchandising and production. Strong commercial, costing, margin and P&L management expertise. Track record of improving operations, quality, delivery and business performance. Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing global factory networks.
