The role would suit engineers coming from either a front-office Python development or quantitative development background, particularly those who enjoy working close to users, solving complex problems and building production-grade technology in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do

• Build and enhance high-performance applications and tools using Python
• Work closely with investment and quantitative teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Develop data-driven systems supporting research, analysis and trading workflows
• Contribute to system design, architecture and the continuous improvement of the technology stack What we're looking for
• Strong commercial experience with Python in a financial, quantitative or front-office environment
• Experience building production software used by investment, trading or quantitative teams
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles
