• Research and identify prospective major donors, philanthropists and high-value supporters who align with our mission.
• Help develop strategies to engage and build long-term relationships with potential donors.
• Prepare donor profiles, briefing notes and engagement materials.
• Support the creation of personalised communications, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of donor activity and relationship progress.
• Work collaboratively with fundraising and leadership teams to identify new opportunities.
• Help build a sustainable major donor pipeline that supports the long-term growth of the charity.
• Bring ideas for strengthening donor stewardship and engagement.
