Interim Franchise Manager EMEA

London | Hybrid 2-3 days Contract 12 months (renewable) A leading global media, entertainment & consumer brands organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Franchise Manager EMEA to drive franchise strategy, brand growth and commercial performance across international markets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA franchise and brand strategies.
• Lead campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives.
• Manage relationships across marketing, licensing, consumer products, retail, content and commercial teams.
• Identify market growth opportunities and monitor performance.
• Coordinate cross-market projects and stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, reporting and strategic business reviews. Experience
• 6+ years in Franchise, Brand, Marketing, Licensing, Consumer Products, Category or Commercial Marketing.
• International/EMEA market experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
• Experience with digital/AI tools and data-led decision making highly desirable. Ideal sector experience: Media & Entertainment, FMCG, Consumer Products, Toys & Games, Sports, Gaming, Retail, Licensing, Technology or IP/Brand Management.
