Sales Director

This is a senior sales role for someone who can set priorities, coach performance, and stay close to important opportunities. You will set sales priorities, stay close to important deals, improve forecasting and execution, and help build a team that can win the right customers consistently. Strong written communication and reliable follow through will matter in this role. In the UK, we want someone who can build a quality pipeline, develop relationships, and help prospects understand practical value. This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well. What you will do

• Run outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Work with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities
• Keep CRM and opportunity information current
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
