Senior Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle across its UK Retail and Head Office teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the UK.
• Partner with senior leaders and managers on all people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.
• Support recruitment, talent management, succession planning and L&D.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant with UK employment law.
• Use people data and insights to support business decisions. About You
• Strong generalist experience at HR Manager or Senior HR Manager level.
• Experience supporting both Retail and Head Office teams.
• Confident managing employee relations and applying UK employment law.
• An effective stakeholder manager with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Commercially aware, approachable and people-focused.
• Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle or another consumer-led business.
