Account Manager | Experiential Agency London £35-45K Hybrid Love youth culture? Join an award-winning experiential agency creating campaigns focussed on engaging the Gen Z generation. You'll be the bridge between client and agency, running a portfolio of consumer accounts and leading a team of 3 Account Executives. Expect a mix of office days and getting out in the field: campus events, live activations, shoots and roadshows. What you'll be doing

• Leading client relationships and driving account growth and profitability
• Planning and delivering integrated campaigns to a high spec
• Managing and developing three Account Executives
• Supporting pitches and proactive proposals: research, brainstorms, writing
• Presenting to clients, from pitches to campaign reports and evaluations
• Tracking spend, reconciling budgets and managing billing with your line manager
• Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager / Account Director What you'll bring
• Agency experience, ideally experiential or event-based, with consumer clients
• Experience managing at least two people
• Experience of sampling campaigns
• Direct client management across multiple accounts and brands
• Promotional staffing experience: briefing, managing and reporting
• Social media campaign experience and a good grasp of linking digital and physical
• Sharp writing, great attention to detail, and the energy to spot new ways to grow client relationships Why apply
