Derby Place Partnership Health Lead

In this Health Lead role, you'll be championing the benefits of physical activity in improving local lives and exploring how it can be embedded into the strategies and policies that tackle health inequalities in Derby.   You'll do this by building connections and trust between health services, social care services, and community and voluntary organisations. And backed up by new insights into local lives, you'll find ways to align everyone's priorities and collaborate on achieving them.   We're looking for someone who can bring together diverse groups of people around a common goal and who has the analytical skills to support ongoing evaluation, learning, and reporting to leadership teams.   This role is full time (37 hours pw), job share and secondments considered £38,300 annually This post is funded by Sport England and the National Lottery.   https://makingourmove.org.uk/job/derby-place-partnership-health-lead/
