We are recruiting for one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands, and looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to own our day-to-day trading. You'll help customers find the perfect piece and help the site hit its numbers. The E Commerce Trading Manager Role Reporting to Head of Trading & Ecommerce and turn strategy into action every day: Launches, promotions, paydays and testing. You'll have real ownership, room for your own ideas, and you'll see the impact of your work quickly. What you'll do

• Own the trading calendar and plan around launches, promos and key moments
• Track revenue, conversion, AOV and margin, and act fast on what the data says
• Help deliver our biggest moments: Valentine's, Mother's Day, Black Friday and Christmas
• Run CRO from idea to result, using heatmaps, session recordings and A/B tests you build and launch yourself
• Test pricing, bundles, upsells and shipping to grow AOV and profitability
• Own trading reports that give every team a clear next step What you'll bring
• Ecommerce or online trading experience in retail, D2C or a consumer brand
• A track record of improving conversion, AOV and revenue
• Confidence in GA4 and turning data into commercial decisions
• CRO experience, or the technical confidence to learn it hands-on
