Restructuring Analyst - Elite Investment Banking Platform - London

This is a rare opportunity to advise companies, lenders, sponsors and investors on critical situations, including financial restructurings, distressed M&A, capital raises, refinancing and liability management transactions. You'll be at the heart of high-stakes deals, analysing businesses under pressure, solving capital structure challenges and helping shape the future of companies across a variety of sectors. Duties:

• Building sophisticated financial models, liquidity forecasts and scenario analyses
• Supporting the execution of restructuring, refinancing and special situations mandates
• Performing valuation and credit analysis across stressed and distressed businesses
• Preparing client presentations and board materials
• Working directly with senior bankers, management teams, lenders, sponsors and legal advisers
• Contributing to live transactions from day one To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
• 2-3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement
• A genuine interest in special situations, distressed investing and complex financing structures
