We're now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie - Hot Section to join our team! Your Mission As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service
• Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards
• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
• Support and train new team members
• Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
• Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Support your team during busy services About You The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
