Graduate Project Manager - Commercial and Retail Developer

I'm partnering with a leading London-based property developer on an entry-level Project Manager hire. It's a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants real responsibility from day one. The role:

• Work client side on projects ranging from a few thousands up to multimillion, taking the lead on smaller schemes as you develop
• Produce budget estimates and development appraisals, and support on planning and on-site delivery
• Visit sites across the UK, working with architects, QSs, engineers and contractors
• Help deliver sustainability and ESG initiatives, such as rooftop PV What's on offer:
• £30,000 starting salary plus annual performance bonus

• Option of a secondment to a London valuation team

• Recent graduate in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
• A problem solver and self-starter with strong communication skills
• Interest in the retail and construction markets
