Senior Recruitment Consultant | US Fintech | London/Hybrid | £35,000 - £45,000 + 30% comms You're good at winning clients. So why are you still spending half your week searching LinkedIn for candidates? If the bit of recruitment you actually enjoy is opening doors, developing relationships and turning one vacancy into a proper account, this role gives you more time to do exactly that. You'll focus on winning and growing fintech clients, particularly across the US. Once you've opened the door and qualified the role properly, you've got an established delivery team behind you to help find the candidates and manage the process. That means less time disappearing down sourcing rabbit holes and more time doing the thing that actually grows your desk - talking to clients. There's a decent platform behind you too. The business has been recruiting internationally since 2017, reporting more than 1,000 placements across 32 countries. You're not being handed a laptop and told to build credibility from nothing. You'll be joining a London based team, which includes 20–25 delivery staff. You'll also have LinkedIn Recruiter, Vincere and daily job-board leads to work from. The bigger opportunity is what you can build. The business already has an established position within FX recruitment. Your job is to push further into fintech, develop US accounts and find opportunities to cross-sell into existing relationships. Do that successfully and international travel could become part of the job too, with the business already attending industry events in places such as Cyprus and Dubai. US travel may follow as your client base develops. What you'll be doing

  • Winning new fintech or technology clients, particularly in the US.
  • Developing accounts and finding additional hiring opportunities.
  • Qualifying vacancies and agreeing search strategies with delivery.
  • Managing the client relationship while resourcers support candidate delivery.
  • Attending relevant expos and client meetings where appropriate. What you'll need Around 1–3 years' recruitment experience is the profile they have in mind, although what matters most is evidence that you can win clients and develop accounts. Fintech experience would be ideal. US market exposure would be useful rather than essential. About the company It's a specialist international recruitment business with an established financial trading niche and ambitions to grow much further into fintech. You'll be based in Monument four days a week, with Wednesdays working from home. The environment is light-touch on KPIs for experienced recruiters, without rigid call-time targets. What you'll get
  • Up to £45,000 basic
  • Personal commission up to 30%
  • Wednesday WFH
  • International client exposure
  • Established delivery support
  • A genuine opportunity to build a US fintech market
  • Option to relocate to the US eventually No perfectly polished CV required. Send what you've got, or just send your LinkedIn profile and we'll take it from there.
