Litigator

Job Title: Litigator Location: Battersea, SW11 Contract Type: Full time Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm Salary: £90,000 per annum : We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: -Manage a caseload of property litigation matters -Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements -Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations -Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service -Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law Requirements: -Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales -Minimum 3 - 5 years' PQE with a strong background in property litigation -Property and leasehold experience -Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes -Strong written and oral advocacy skills -Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently -Dynamic individual with a highly proactive approach -Solution-focused -Experience in general commercial disputes -Strong in person negotiations skills required To ensure a smooth application process, please apply only if you have the experience/requirements outlined above.
