Social Media and Content Manager

Alta Medi Clinic | London Alta Medi Clinic is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to help take our brand to the next level. We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised social media professional who understands how to build a premium brand across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what is currently trending, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can create content that feels premium, aspirational, engaging and relevant. You will take ownership of Alta Medi Clinic's social media presence, working closely with our management and clinical teams to develop and execute a strong content strategy across all three platforms. The Role You will be responsible for managing and growing:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube We want someone who understands that each platform has its own audience, content style and algorithm. You should be confident adapting content for each platform rather than simply posting the same content everywhere. Social Media Management
• Take full ownership of Alta Medi Clinic's day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create and publish approximately 5 engaging Instagram Stories per day.
• Create, edit and publish approximately 30 pieces of feed content/Reels per month.
• Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar across all platforms.
• Plan and schedule TikTok content consistently.
• Manage our YouTube presence, including Shorts and longer-form content where appropriate.
• Repurpose existing content intelligently across platforms.
• Ensure content is tailored to the specific platform, audience and format.
• Monitor engagement, reach, views and other key performance metrics.
• Use performance insights to continuously improve our content strategy.
• Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, sounds, formats, hooks and features. Content Creation & Editing
• Edit high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit and repurpose footage captured during clinic filming days.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, Stories and other social-first content.
• Develop strong hooks, captions and calls to action.
• Turn clinical expertise, treatments, patient journeys, educational topics and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling content.
• Have a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting and premium visual presentation.
• Ensure all content reflects Alta Medi Clinic's luxury positioning.
• Identify opportunities to turn one filming session into multiple pieces of content across different platforms. Filming Days You will play an active role in planning and organising our content production.
• Help organise regular filming days at the clinic.
• Develop content ideas and concepts ahead of filming.
• Create filming schedules and shot lists.
• Identify trending formats and concepts for the team to capture.
• Work with practitioners and team members to ensure we maximise filming opportunities.
• Help direct content where required.
• Ensure footage is organised and efficiently turned into multiple pieces of social content.
• Identify gaps in our content and proactively plan future filming around them. Influencer & Creator Management We want someone who can help us build a strong network of relevant influencers and content creators. You will:
• Research and identify influencers and creators who align with the Alta brand.
• Proactively approach influencers regarding collaborations.
• Organise influencer visits and content opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer content with the clinic team.
• Build ongoing relationships with relevant creators.
• Ensure collaborations are commercially and strategically valuable.
• Stay aware of emerging creators and trends within the beauty, aesthetics and luxury space. Brand Growth This isn't simply a "post and forget" role. We want someone who is constantly thinking: What's next? What is trending? What could we do differently? How can we make Alta stand out? You'll be expected to:
• Bring fresh and creative ideas to the brand.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, collaborations and new content series.
• Help establish Alta Medi Clinic as a leading name within the aesthetics and beauty space.
• Develop recognisable content formats and recurring series.
• Increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Help turn our growing social following into genuine enquiries, consultations and bookings.
• Work closely with management to align social media activity with wider commercial objectives. About You We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience managing social media for a brand.
• Has experience managing Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ideally has experience within aesthetics, beauty, medical aesthetics, luxury, fashion, hospitality or another premium industry.
• Can demonstrate a strong portfolio of previous social media work.
• Understands Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and how content performs differently across each platform.
• Is confident editing short-form video content.
• Has a strong understanding of current trends, hooks, storytelling and social media strategy.
• Has excellent visual and creative judgement.
• Is commercially minded and understands that social media should contribute to brand awareness, enquiries and revenue.
• Is proactive, ambitious and full of ideas.
• Doesn't need to be told what to post — you will actively identify opportunities and bring ideas to the table.
• Is highly organised and capable of managing a content calendar, filming days, influencers and multiple projects.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Is confident communicating with influencers, creators and internal teams.
• Can work independently and take ownership of the role.
