Corporate Activation Ambassador
at Foundation PartnersAbout The Role Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with a Health Concierge service that helps people make the most of their private medical insurance (PMI). Many employees at large corporate employers already have PMI but don't use it fully, and our client's clubs are close to where they work. This is where you come in. As Corporate Activation Ambassador, you'll be our client's daily presence in and around corporate offices. You'll run pop-ups and wellbeing sessions, start conversations and capture qualified leads face-to-face. This entry-level role gives you a direct impact on growth: you'll build a consistent, high-volume acquisition channel for Health Concierge and put the brand in front of HR, benefits and wellbeing decision-makers. What you'll be doing
- Daily hyper-local activation (around 65% of your time): being visible in office lobbies, engaging people on the doorstep and dropping in at PMI-covered employers near our client's clubs
- Lead capture and handover (around 15%): capturing qualified leads and passing them on warm to the Health Concierge team
- Pop-ups and wellbeing sessions (around 10%): running weekly sessions with corporate partners and building relationships with on-site HR and benefits contacts
- Relationship and brand building (around 5%): raising awareness with office managers, HR teams and corporate wellbeing leads
- Activity tracking and planning (around 5%): logging leads and activity on the day using phone/tablet lead capture, and planning your target-list cadence What success looks like
- A steady daily activation rhythm across the corporate target list, with 1–2 activations per week
- 10–20 qualified leads captured each week from employees at PMI-covered companies
- One pop-up or wellbeing session a month with corporate partners
- 1–2 new relationships with on-site HR, benefits, office management and wellbeing contacts
- Lead-to-client conversion tracked and reported, with all activity logged on the day About You
- You have experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, hospitality or retail
- You're confident approaching people you don't know and enjoy high-volume, face-to-face activity
- You're organised and can track leads and activity on the go using phone/tablet tools
- You're resilient and consistent. This is a daily role, not a one-off campaign
- You're a self-starter who is comfortable representing a premium brand to corporate contacts Why apply? This is a chance to help build a new acquisition channel from the ground up. If it succeeds, there's a clear path for you to lead the next stage, scaling the model with more ambassadors and taking it to new clubs. A People team built for ambitious businesses The old model for People & Talent doesn't work for today's businesses. We've built a better one. Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
