The Role As a Financial Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with leading financial institutions and exceptional candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll develop market expertise, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in connecting top talent with world-class organisations. Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer
• Building and developing client relationships
• Negotiating offers and providing market insight
