Our client is a leading international firm with a highly regarded infrastructure practice. The team acts for long-term capital providers, including investment managers, state-backed investors, insurers and pension schemes, as well as the banks and financial institutions lending alongside them. The work The practice covers financing and investment across the infrastructure spectrum. That includes mature, income-generating assets as well as businesses with more growth and development exposure. Sectors include transport hubs, power and energy networks, digital connectivity and data infrastructure, and regulated utilities. You'll be working on:

• Acquisition financings supporting major infrastructure deals
• Refinancings and large debt raises for established platforms
• Cross-border transactions involving several jurisdictions
• Newer financing structures, particularly in the energy and digital space About you
• Energy and infrastructure finance experience with a leading practice
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to deal with high-profile clients at a senior level
• A commercial mindset and the ability to manage your own caseload with light-touch supervision
• A willingness to work as part of a cohesive team and support colleagues
