at Atelier NicheWe are currently searching for a Team Leader & Brand Ambassador to join our team in Selfridges Manchester, Exchange.Our successful candidate will have experience in NICHE PERFUMES, in looking after customers and representing the brand he/she/they work for. Salary 26-28K + bonus + products
Experienced in niche perfumes Strong in traffic stopping Leading by example through active selling and client engagement on the shop floor. Maximising conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention. Supporting promotional events, influencers activations. product launches, and department store activations. Building long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records. Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts. Investigating stock discrepancies and minimising losses.
We are looking for someone who has: 3–5+ years in retail with strong sales record. Luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail experience preferred. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-centric mindset.
