About the Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a member of the Services Solutions Practice the Services Project Manager will fulfil a supporting role within the business unit. Specifically, the Project Manager will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence. The Project Manager will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of the delivery of the projects they are assigned to.

• Management of customer relationship and key stakeholders during life cycle of project.

• Management of service variation throughout the project lifecycle

• Commercial Management of project to include change, forecasting & billing.

• Project Control & Reporting to internal and external customers.

• Supporting the Sales team to provide Project Management input to Proposals or Statements of works

Qualifications / Requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge

Technology:

• General knowledge of Westcon product portfolio offerings

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project

• Formal project management or service delivery background.

• Local and International experience, language skills or of managing 3rd party project resources desirable

• Experience of delivery of Multi-vendor, Security, Network solution projects

Customer Service:

• Experience in direct customer facing project delivery

Qualifications

Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner or equivalent project accreditation.

Previous experience in a Project coordinator and/or Project Management role
