Head of Fixed Income Strategy

Job Duties

• Build and lead team to define the firm's overall fixed income strategy across global fixed income and credit markets.
• Work with trading teams to set strategic asset allocation and strategy guidelines.
• Collaborate with fixed income sales to generate timely investment recommendations and trade ideas to service clients.
• Drive platform development to support research and enhanced analytics.
• Ensure strategic partnership with relevant internal departments to lead firm's overall fixed income strategy. Requirements
• Postgraduate degree (Master's/PhD) holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in fixed income or credit research.
• Highly independent with proactive work attitude.
• Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
