  • Supporting the onboarding and development of new advisers joining the business.
  • Helping deliver adviser workshops, training sessions and development initiatives.
  • Identifying trends or recurring issues arising from file reviews, complaints and other monitoring activity.
  • Supporting assessments of adviser competency and risk.
  • Producing accurate records and management information relating to adviser performance and development.
  • Acting as a useful point of contact for advisers with T&C and development-related questions.
  • Working alongside Compliance, Risk and other internal teams to ensure regulatory or technical developments are reflected in adviser practices. Do you have the following to apply? ✅
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Experience of reviewing financial advice or assessing suitability.
  • A good understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process.
  • Knowledge of FCA expectations around Training & Competence, conduct and Consumer Duty. Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to everyone directly.
