Working closely with pharmacy teams, clinicians, system administrators and key stakeholders, you will ensure the successful design, implementation and adoption of digital medicines management processes. You will lead business change activities, manage risks and governance requirements, support system optimisation and benefits realisation, and act as the key point of contact for the workstream.
