at Cornerstone Project SourceAn established structural steel specialist is currently looking for a contract Site Manager with strong structural steel experience in South Wales. The role begins on one site until December 2026, then moves to a second nearby site (approximately 15 minutes away) until March 2027, managing one site at a time. Start Date: 26th, October 2026 Rate: £300/day plus digs, or £350/day without digs Contract: Until March 2027 Location: South Wales Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Parking: Available on site Duties:
- Safe delivery of construction works
- Coordination and reporting
- Delivering daily briefings
- Attending site meetings
- Closing NCRs
- Managing handovers Requirements:
- Strong structural steel experience
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Lift Supervisor (or higher)
- IOSH
- Temporary Works
