Head of Client Growth

Metric is a New York-founded global Executive Search firm with seven offices across the UK and US. We recently received Private Equity funding at a $100M valuation, and have been recognised by the Financial Times as one of the UK's fastest-growing companies. Our global Geo team focuses on Executive Search across Public and Private infrastructure with micro-niches within Civil Engineering, Automation, Construction, Power and Water Technology. We are looking for a Head of Client Growth to lead a new-look Client Services function. In this unique position, you will be a key member of the Metric Geo commercial team. You will be responsible for maximising client growth - expanding existing relationships and reinvigorating previous clients. You will work with internal leaders to develop and implement commercial plans for client growth - identifying commercial opportunities to expand market share. This role will give you opportunities to work with some of the most exciting companies in the Infrastructure world - from small start-ups to large international organisations.
