We seek an experienced Dental Accountant Specialist for a part-time remote position (16 hours per month). The ideal candidate will be a financial expert with extensive dental industry knowledge. Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with dental practices
- Strong background in profitability and growth management
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions within the dental sector Financial Management:
- Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Develop financial forecast projections and deal models
- Experience with dental practice acquisitions Banking and Legal Liaison:
- Understand bank financing specific to dental practices
- Work with legal and banking teams to create financial proposals Industry Expertise:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the dental sector
- Provide strategic financial advice tailored to dental practices
