• Builds go-to-market (GTM) teams for SaaS start-ups that have just closed Series B or C funding
• Around 75% of its work is placing CROs, VPs of Sales, CMOs, and Heads of Customer Success, then building out the teams that report into them
• The majority of current mandates are US-based
• Financially secure and selective, partnering only with start-ups it rates highly on backing, management team, and growth prospects
• Demand has risen sharply, and the firm is now hiring at Partner level The role
• Run a research and delivery team and a portfolio of key accounts
• Manage searches end to end, from brief through to offer
• Lead Associates, Senior Associates and Principals, and set the standards that keep quality consistent
• Grow existing accounts through repeat and larger retained mandates
• No new client acquisition: winning new clients sits with a dedicated growth team What you'll bring
• A proven track record of running full searches and managing a research and delivery team
• A solid understanding of how GTM functions are structured in SaaS start-ups
• A network spanning CROs and heads of sales, marketing and customer success
• North American GTM search experience preferred, but not essential Who it suits
