Role: Paralegal Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-6 Month FTC Location: London Work Pattern: Hybrid Working Sector: Finance We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Paralegal to join a leading company in the finance sector on 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting a dynamic international legal team on a broad range of matters. The Role You will work closely with internal stakeholders and legal colleagues on a variety of legal and compliance matters including KYC tasks, applications to regulator and assisting with general fund related legal compliance tasks. • Previous fund related paralegal experience is desirable but not essential (in-house or private practice)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing varied workloads in a fast-moving environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
