Team Leader Location: Wellesbourne Hours: 06:0015:30, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour Job Type: Full-time, ongoing About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Team Leader to join a busy team based in Wellesbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for stable, long-term work in a friendly and supportive environment. You will play an important role in helping the team work efficiently, supporting colleagues and ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading a team on a daily basis
• Allocating tasks and helping to organise workloads
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standard
• Supporting and motivating team members
• Helping resolve day-to-day issues
• Maintaining a safe and positive working environment
