Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high‑quality booster sessions aligned with school assessment data
• Plan targeted lessons that address gaps in learning and build pupil confidence
• Work closely with class teachers and phase leaders to identify needs
• Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact
• Maintain consistent behaviour expectations and positive relationships
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold core values Requirements
• QTS - essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
• Previous booster or intervention experience is highly advantageous
• Strong curriculum knowledge and confident behaviour management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
