Lead Recruiter

Lead Recruitment Consultant | Build & Lead Your Own Division How often do recruiters get the chance to build something that's genuinely their own? We're launching Konstruct's European Data Centre Construction & Engineering division and are looking for a Lead Recruitment Consultant to take ownership from day one. Why Now? We've successfully built Konstruct's presence in the US data centre market, while developing strong networks across Europe over the last decade. Now we're combining both to launch our European Data Centre Construction & Engineering division, giving the right person the opportunity to lead, shape and grow the business from the ground up. It's a genuine opportunity to create and grow your own market, develop client relationships, shape the strategy, and build a team around you as the division scales. You'll have the autonomy to decide where the business goes, backed by an established recruitment group with the infrastructure, investment and support already in place. Think entrepreneurial freedom without the risk of starting your own company. What's in it for you? ✅ Competitive base salary + 25% uncapped commission ✅ Genuine ownership of a new European division ✅ Clear path to building and leading your own team ✅ Real influence over the direction and growth of the business ✅ Industry-leading benefits, including Vitality healthcare, discounted meals, retail and fitness discounts ✅ Regular incentives and rewards, including international trips, lunch clubs, and a two-week Christmas shutdown separate from annual leave You have experience in construction, engineering, technical or data centre recruitment and are looking for more than just another billing role. If you've ever thought "I'd love the chance to build something that's mine," this could be exactly that.
