Who You Are You are likely to be a senior leader, business owner or experienced consultant with at least 12 years in substantive commercial roles. You will have strong experience across at least two of the following areas:
• Strategy and business development
• Finance and commercial management
• Sales and marketing
• Operations and organisational leadership
• Management consulting More importantly, you will think and act like a business owner. You will be comfortable developing relationships, building a professional network, exercising sound commercial judgement and working credibly with owners at important points in their business journey.
