• Winning new clients through business development
• Candidate sourcing
• Interviewing candidates and introducing them to your clients
• Managing the overall interview process
• Gathering market knowledge and becoming an expert in your area
• Working to exceed targets The Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant
• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above
• 6+ months experience working in a recruitment or sales position
• Excelled in something (e.g., sport, music, drama, academics etc.)
• Confident, articulate, and humble
• Competitive and driven
