• Independent handling and processing of import and export sea freight shipments in accordance with our quality standards
• Order entry
• Rate negotiations with shipping lines
• Booking of cargo space
• Invoice and document preparation

• Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
• (Initial) experience in handling ocean freight shipments is desirable
• Confident and professional demeanor

• Enjoyment of interacting with customers and international business partners
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and openness
