This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with engineering clients across key sectors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality engineering professionals across multiple technical disciplines.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process from start to finish.
• Delivering a first-class candidate and client experience every step of the way. What We're Looking For
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, technical, construction, infrastructure or industrial markets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for developing business opportunities.
• A motivated, target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Confidence negotiating and influencing at all levels.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
